This page describes the SMS (text message) program operated by Twindevs, what messages we send, how you give consent, and how to stop at any time.
Twindevs sends text messages only to people who have an account and have opted in. The program is called Twindevs Account & Service Notifications. Messages are sent by Twindevs for the Twindevs portal and product suite.
Message frequency varies by your account activity and settings. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help at any time.
What messages we send
If you opt in, you may receive any of the following categories of transactional and account messages:
Verification codes (2FA)One-time passcodes to confirm sign-in or sensitive actions.
Account notificationsSign-in alerts, security notices, and account status changes.
Message & proposal alertsA reply or update on a conversation or proposal in your portal.
Billing updatesInvoices, payment receipts, and renewal reminders.
Service-status alertsNotices when a service you use is degraded or restored.
Maintenance noticesAdvance notice of scheduled maintenance windows.
How you opt in
SMS is off by default. We never send a text until you have explicitly opted in through one of these flows:
At signup — you may consent to SMS notifications when you create your Twindevs account.
In your portal settings — go to Settings → Notification preferences and turn on the toggle labeled “SMS notifications — Receive thread and proposal alerts by SMS.”

Each consent decision is stored as an immutable, timestamped record (with the source of the decision) for compliance and auditability, and is retained for 7 years.
How to stop messages
You can opt out at any time, with no charge:
Reply STOP to any message. We also honor UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, and STOPALL. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
Turn off the SMS toggle in Settings → Notification preferences in your portal.
To opt back in, reply START or re-enable the SMS toggle in your portal settings.
How to get help
Reply HELP (or INFO) to any message for assistance, or email dylan@twindevs.ai. A typical HELP reply:
